RETURN POLICY: Store credit or exchanges are accepted for most unused items with a valid receipt. The exceptions to this are baby yarn, books, patterns, magazines, gift cards, special order items and sale items; which may not be returned or exchanged. Classes must be canceled within 24 hours to receive a credit or refund.

SHIPPING: Items ordered online will be shipped within 2 business days.  Returns are accepted for all items sold online other than baby yarn, books, patterns, magazines, gift cards, special order items and sale items; provided the returned items are in unused condition.  Online sale returns are possible in store or via mail.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
